1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, and services provided by the Contractor, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Quotations and Assignments
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An assignment is established once the Client gives approval (in writing or by email).
3. Execution of the Assignment
The Contractor will carry out the work to the best of their ability. Deadlines are target dates unless explicitly agreed as binding.
4. Compensation and Payment
Invoices must be paid within 14 days. In case of late payment, the Contractor is entitled to charge interest and collection costs.
5. Intellectual Property
All copyrights and other rights remain with the Contractor. The Client only receives a right of use for the agreed purposes.
6. Revisions and Additional Work
Minor revisions within the agreed number of correction rounds are included. Additional work or extra correction rounds will be billed separately.
7. Liability
The Contractor is only liable for direct damages, up to a maximum of the invoice amount for the relevant assignment. The Contractor is not liable for indirect damages.
8. Termination
Both parties may terminate the agreement prematurely, provided that the work already performed is compensated.
9. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (illness, technical failures, etc.), performance may be suspended without liability for damages.
10. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions and all agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
